PRIVATEERS AND CRUISERS, STILL FIGHTING FOR LAST PLAYOFF TICKET!

The Privateers and Cruisers collided Thursday night in a fight for a desperate 2 points in the race. Both clubs are battling for the final ticket to the 2024 Ice Men Cup Playoffs. The Privateers came out hard and opened the scoring with a power play goal from Travis Jordan. Brett Dempsey followed up with a beautiful short handed goal. Nick Dempsey added 2 of his own for the 4-0 lead. The Cruisers managed a single marker from Nick Dewolfe with 1:43 to play, but it would be too late. The Privateers collected their 21st point and knocked the Cruisers down into 9th place in the standings. All eyes will be on the Cruisers and Privateers next Thursday in the final game of the regular season. It will be their last shot to make the postseason show.
