ATLANTICS EARN PLAYOFF TICKET WITH LATE COMEBACK OVER STEALTH!

The Atlantics hit the ice looking for a much needed win against the talented Stealth. Both clubs battled hard through a goalless first period. Stealth’s Joey Walsh opened the scoring early in the final frame to grab the 1-0 lead. The desperate Atlantics fought back, Jeff Wong fed a cross-crease pass to Brad Hawkins who evened the score 1-1 with 3:50 left to play. Wong then sniped the go ahead goal 40 seconds later to take the 2-1 lead. The Stealth pulled Theriault and added the extra attacker. Atlantics rookie defensemen Connor Maclean made them pay the price buy sniping 2 empty net goals to seal the deal. The Atlantics secured the 4-1 comeback win and earned their ticket to the postseason drama.
